What I want to be when I grow up!
By: Stefanie, 4th Grade Cole Student

Today I’m going to talk about what I want to be when I grow up! When I grow up I want to be a singer, part of a cheerleading group, or an artist. I love those three choices! I’ll do anything to be one of those three things. That is what I want to be when I grow up!

Reasons To Get Involved At Your Child’s School

 1.  Parental involvement boosts student achievement

2.  Parent involvement is about using your talents, skills, and strengths to better the school.

3.  Develop new skills by volunteering

4.  Connect with other members of the community

 5. Volunteering just 1 hour a month will make a difference

6.  You will start to understand your schools big picture visions

 7.  Your child will take notice

   8. We want our teachers to know we care about what they are doing

9.  It actually is fun

 10.   You’ll help raise funds to support the school

  11.  Number one reason is your child’s school needs you!!!

12.   Have your voice and opinions heard

Volunteers coming together makes a BIG difference!
